Fun and interesting
I didn't know this song until the vidéo clip was up. Great sheet. The end is repetitive but I mix with 2nd violin score.
Love Goes on and On - Violin Karaoke
I was really pleased with this violin sheet music and backing track. Not all of Lindsey's backing tracks have been of the same extremely high standard as some of the earlier offerings, but I think that this one is up there with the best. (I have bought most of them to date as well as most of the play along books.) The backing track includes vocals, not by Amy Lee, but by a good singer who doesn't sound too dissimilar. I noticed that she sings one section as a harmony part rather than melody. This is slightly different to Lindsey's own collaboration with Amy Lee on her Artemis album. Those few bars ought to work well (the violin and singer in harmony rather than in unison for a few bars) but I think this only works if you play the violin part in a different octave to that written in the sheet music in that section. With a little experimentation, you can make this sound really excellent. My 16-month old grandson enjoyed my performance the other night!
