Refunds will not be issued for any digital merchandise (except in the case of an accidental, duplicate purchase). If you are having trouble downloading any of the sheet music files, you may request a physical copy of the sheet music sent to you via the US Post Office. You may also login to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've processed the returned item.
